Henley Festival is a five-day event celebrating music, art, food and comedy.
It began in 1983, largely as a music and culture event and now draws global artists and an audience of 30,000.
A client recommendation led to event caterers, Rhubarb, getting in touch to ask us to produce event branding for a number of bars at the festival.
Branding at festivals really sets the tone and character of the event for an audience. It can make an event unique and memorable, as well as being functional in way-finding and providing menus and tariff information.
With an ever-increasing emphasis on experiential activities and sharing those experiences online, having a well-dressed event is becoming more important. Creating something that not only attracts people to visit but that they also want to capture and share, increases brand exposure beyond those turning up at the gate.
We produced banners and bar signage, free-standing Perspex frames, hanging signs and large tariff boards, all to the tight schedule that such events demand. Our wide range of event branding materials meant that we could recommend the right options for this outdoor event and, with a high likelihood of spillage, which would be best for the festival bar branding.
We can match functionality with design to ensure that from the first act through to gates closing on the last day, your event looks pristine throughout for the enjoyment of all your guests and the best representation of your event and sponsor branding. Our installation teams ensure everything is in place and looking great, leaving you to concentrate on ensuring everything else is ready for your visitors.
